IN BRIEF: UKRAINE – Yesterday Russia’s president Vladimir Putin declared a 30 hours combat action ceasefire against Ukraine. The Easter ceasefire started at 6 p.m Moscow time and will end tomorrow at 12 a.m.

On his Telegram account today, Zelensky refuted the Russia’s ceasefire claiming that there are still isolated attempts by the Russian forces to advance and inflict losses to the Ukrainian forces.

Both nations have been accusing each other of breaching agreements, with the most recent energy strikes ceasefire seeing back and forth accusations between Russia and Ukraine.

What Russia is Saying About the Easter Ceasefire

Despite the Ceasefire in the Ukraine conflict in the Easter period, Russia’s department responsible for the documentation of war crimes of Ukraine stated that Ukrainian forces shelled Gorlovka, – north of Donetsk, with NATO-calliber shells.
